On Tuesday, 24th January 2023, Olive Community Development Initiative (OCDI) convened a strategic meeting with security personnel at the Irepodun Secretariat. The meeting aimed to foster collaboration and engage security stakeholders on key safety concerns affecting their communities. It provided a platform for open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and strengthening coordination among actors responsible for maintaining peace and security. In attendance were representatives from the Nigeria Police, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, local vigilante groups, as well as desk officers from Ilorin South and Irepodun Local Government Areas. As part of the engagement, participants were trained on case management processes and effective data storage practices.
